I've been in a on and off relationship with healthy meals and work outs since I turned 22, I never cared for carbs or to work out, since my metabolism was pretty good for most of my life. It's hard to to start a super healthy diet and exerciser routine from one day to another, specially when you are not used to it!!!
After strugleing for the last 4 years with crazy diets, exerciser routines and tea or pills that promise you to loose weight in 2 weeks or less. I've finally established a eating habit that works for me and my lazy life style hahaha.
I prep on Sunday's or really any day my husband and me are off together lol, there are several reasons why I choose to prep ensted of cooking my meals at the moment I choose to eat.
1. I don't know how to cook at ALL, so my husband helps me cook the meals and pack them up.
2.I prep them/90% cooked them so I don't get tempted to order in or get unhealthy fast food!
3. Save time and effort on cooking.
Whichever the reason you have for trying to adapt a healthy resume, I always think is best to understand if the path you choose to take is the best one and one you can maintain for a long period of time, what I mean by that is that if you want to stay in shape for let's say the next 10 years and you start working out every day and eating healthy food you find disgusting, you are never going to last!!
I tried that and yeah for about 6 months it worked, I starved my self and worked out to much I don't think I've ever been in a better shape, but after 6 months I went back to my old habits of bench eating and spiking the gym, thinking oh whats one day going to do? I'm in great shape!!!
After I completely threw my hard work out the window I understood how important it was to have a long term plan that I was happy with. Clothes that extenuate the part of your body you love or hides the ones you are not particularly in love with is always a good way to go lol, which is why I picked this high rise denim, the material is thick enough to suck the hips and stomach in and it gives me a nice curvy body :)
The top is just a really comfortable crop top and since it was a really hot day it seemed to be a good fit! and finally the slides are just a nice touch....
Have you every done one of those crazy loose fast weight methods? and if so let me know what your experience was like down bellow, also let me know if you want me to share a detailed description of my exercise routine and meal routine or apps I use to keep me in shape....
